Revenue Cycle Management Built Around Your Practice.
Sure Rev Solution provides end-to-end revenue cycle management to healthcare practices across the United States.
We take on the verification, authorization, billing, claims, denial and receivables work that sits between the care
you deliver and the payment you are owed — so your team spends less time on administrative complexity and more
time running the practice.

The Problem
Revenue shouldn't get lost in administrative complexity.
Care delivery is only half of what a modern practice runs. The other half is a payer-facing operation:
confirming coverage, securing authorization, coding and submitting accurately, chasing status, appealing
denials, posting remittances and working an aging report. Each stage has its own rules, its own payer
variation, and its own way of quietly costing a practice money when it slips.
01
Coverage surprises
Plans change, patients switch employers, behavioral health carves out to a different payer entity. Verification that stops at “is the policy active?” misses the deductible, visit limit or network detail that determines whether the claim gets paid.
02
Authorization drag
Requirements differ by payer, plan and procedure. Requests stall in portals and fax queues, units expire mid-treatment, and staff time gets absorbed by follow-up rather than patient-facing work.
03
Rejections and denials
Front-end rejections and payer denials arrive for reasons that repeat: registration data, missing modifiers, medical-necessity documentation, authorization mismatch. Without root-cause tracking, the same denial returns next month.
04
A/R that ages quietly
Unworked claims don't announce themselves. They sit in the 60, 90 and 120-day buckets until timely filing closes the window — and by then recovery options are limited.

Seven functions. One accountable partner. Sure Rev Solution operates them as a single system rather than
a set of disconnected handoffs.
The Revenue Cycle, Start to Finish
From the patient encounter to a zero balance.
Every stage below is a place where revenue is either protected or lost. Sure Rev Solution can support any single stage — or all of them.
01
Patient encounter
Everything downstream inherits what happens at scheduling and registration: demographics, guarantor details, plan identifiers and the reason for the visit. Accurate capture here is the cheapest revenue protection a practice has.
Front end
02
Eligibility & benefits
Coverage is confirmed before care is delivered — active status, plan type, network participation, copay, deductible and coinsurance, and any visit or session limits that apply to the service being scheduled.
Where the payer requires it, we identify the requirement, assemble the clinical documentation with your team, submit through the payer's channel and track the request until a determination is returned — then monitor units and expiry dates.
Documented services become billable charges. Codes, modifiers, units, place of service, rendering and referring provider data and payer-specific requirements are reviewed before the claim leaves the building.
Claims are submitted, clearinghouse acceptance is confirmed, and front-end rejections are corrected and resubmitted quickly. Status is monitored rather than assumed — an unacknowledged claim is not a submitted claim.
ERAs and paper EOBs are posted with the correct adjustment and remark codes, deposits are reconciled, and payment variances against expected reimbursement are flagged instead of written off silently.
Denied and underpaid claims are triaged by reason code, corrected or appealed with supporting documentation, and — critically — categorised so recurring causes can be addressed at their source rather than reworked forever.
Aged and unpaid claims are worked systematically by payer and bucket, with payer follow-up documented and escalation paths used before timely filing deadlines close. The goal is resolution, not activity.
Each service can run on its own or combine into a single end-to-end engagement. Practices commonly start with the function under the most pressure and expand scope from there.
Not a vendor you email and wait on. A revenue cycle function that sits alongside your practice.
End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management
Eligibility, authorization, billing, claims, denials, posting and A/R managed as one connected process — so problems get caught where they start instead of surfacing three stages later as an unexplained write-off.
Eligibility → Authorizationconnected
Claim → Remittancetracked
Denial → Root causecategorised
HIPAA-Compliant Workflows
Access controls, minimum-necessary handling and documented processes built around HIPAA requirements.
Specialty Expertise
Behavioral health, psychiatry, physical therapy and pain management — each with its own payer rules.
Revenue Visibility
You should never have to ask where a claim stands. Reporting is agreed at the start of the engagement and delivered on a rhythm your team can plan around — aging, denial categories, submission and resolution activity.
Dedicated Client Support
A named point of contact who knows your payers, your workflows and your practice — not a ticket queue.
Scalable & Cost-Effective
Scope adjusts as you add providers, locations or service lines — without rebuilding your back office.
An extension of your practice
We work inside your workflows and your systems, follow your escalation preferences, and communicate the way your team already works. The intent is that your staff experience us as colleagues in another room — not an outside billing company at the end of a support address.
Specialties
RCM expertise built around your specialty.
Payer rules are not generic, so revenue cycle support shouldn't be either. Our current focus areas each carry distinct authorization, documentation and coding realities.
We work with other healthcare practices as well. Tell us how your revenue cycle runs today and we'll give you an honest assessment of whether we're the right fit — including when we're not.
Changing revenue cycle partners shouldn't mean changing platforms. Our team works directly in your
existing EHR and practice management system, following your templates, your workflows and your
conventions — so your clinical staff notice nothing different about how they document care.

Revenue cycle work goes wrong when scope is assumed. We spend the early stage understanding how your practice actually operates before anything changes.
01
Understand your practice
We review how your revenue cycle runs today — systems, payer mix, specialties, current workflows, where claims stall and what your team finds most burdensome.
02
Build the right RCM workflow
Together we decide which Sure Rev Solution services are relevant, where responsibility sits on each side, and how information moves between your team and ours.
03
Support revenue cycle operations
We take on the agreed functions and run them as ongoing operations — with defined handoffs and escalation paths rather than ad-hoc requests.
04
Maintain visibility & communication
Regular reporting and review sessions keep the picture current, surface recurring issues and drive continuous operational improvement.
Practice Focus
Your team should spend more time on patient care — not chasing claims.
In most practices the same people who greet patients are also verifying benefits, sitting on hold with payers,
re-keying authorization requests and rebilling corrected claims. That work is real and it has to happen. The
question is whether it should sit on the desks of the people you hired to run a clinical operation.
Bringing in a revenue cycle partner doesn't make administrative work disappear — anyone who tells you otherwise
is overselling. What it does is move a defined portion of that work to a team whose entire job is doing it well,
with the payer knowledge and follow-up discipline that comes from doing it every day. Your staff get their
attention back. Your revenue cycle gets consistent ownership.
Less administrative complexity. More focus on your practice.
Tell us where your revenue cycle is under pressure right now — eligibility, authorizations, billing, claims,
denials or aging A/R. We'll walk through what's happening, what we'd take on, and whether working together
makes sense for your practice.
